Cancellation requests will only be possible before or upto 1200 hrs the day before delivery day/date. Please write or E-mail your request. Our address is to be found in contact us.

If the area you requested is not covered by an Teleflorist Member we will contact you immediately, using the details you have provided.

All UK destined orders placed before 14:00 GMT are guaranteed to be delivered the next day if required, except when the order is placed on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays except on special occasions i.e Mothering Sunday. On these occasions our website will clearly indicate that these delivery dates are possible.

Sometimes flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties, we may substitute stems or goods and packaging of equal value and quality.

There maybe delays in delivery where a third party is involved.
